It was matured 6 months in stainless steel, 24 months in large oak barrels, and 3 months in bottle before being released for sale. There\u2019s real depth and breadth in the well layered flavour profile, where dark fruit takes the lead, nuanced with spiciness. The acidity is tailored to the fruit, and the tannins are slightly grippy.
