“The Cantina del Giusto 2018 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva San Claudio II carries ripe fruit and oak spice on its broad shoulders. There is a touch of spice that you feel on the tip of the tongue, and the wine also delivers balanced freshness. The blend is 85% Sangiovese, 10% Caniolo Nero and 5% Mammolo, and this wine sees up to 36 months in a combination of barrique and Slavonian oak. Fruit is sourced from across five hectares of vines and 5,800 bottles were made.”
