Inside the ageing cellar we could find big and small wooden barrel needed to age and cuddle wine during the years. The big ones give tannins to the wine with the elegance and finesse of the old wood and the small ones give tannins strongly. The perfect balance is found by the family every year before bottling. The wood become from the best selections of italian and french oak.
